To initiate a cancellation and receive a full refund, it must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order. From the 2nd to the 4th hour, cancellations will be subject to a 20% charge of the total amount. Unfortunately, we cannot entertain any cancellation requests beyond 6 hours from the time of order placement.
